As every member of the 2026 NFL draft class gets started at rookie minicamps, they’ve also gotten the opportunity to pick out the jersey numbers they will start their pro careers with. The most notable number is Bears center Logan Jones, who will become the first Bears player to wear the No. 54 since Hall of Fame linebacker Brian Urlacher. The Bears have not retired Urlacher’s number, and Jones called it “an honor” to be able to don the digits as a pro. Eagles wide receiver Makai Lemon is also wearing a significant number, becoming the first player on the team to wear No. 9 since quarterback Nick Foles, who brought the first Lombardi trophy to Philadelphia.
