Honor has officially launched an updated version of its flagship tablet, the MagicPad 3 Pro 12.3 , in China. This new iteration introduces significant hardware changes compared to the 13.3-inch model released in October 2025, prioritizing a superior display and an ultra-slim profile over raw screen real estate. Display and Design Overhaul The most notable upgrade is the transition from a 13.3-inch LCD to a 12.3-inch OLED panel . Despite the smaller size, the screen is significantly more advanced, featuring a 165Hz refresh rate and a resolution of 3,000 x 1,920 pixels. The display reaches a peak brightness of 3,000 nits , is IMAX Enhanced certified, and supports the Magic Pencil 3. For eye safety, it incorporates a 5,280Hz PWM dimming frequency. The device’s physical footprint has also been refined. It now measures just 4.8 mm in thickness and weighs 450 grams, housed in a premium aluminum chassis.
