I live in an area where it is wet for 9 months out of the year, and we are just getting started into the wet season. The soil here is mainly clay based, so it holds up to riding year round, but it is insanely slick, in addition to wet roots. Most trails i ride are a mix of hard pack with roots, some loam occasionally.
currently i’m using a high roller 3 DD up front and a DHR2 DD out back. I’m wondering about the radial shredda tires and how they would handle these kinds of conditions, and if they would improve grip for me? or should i be looking at a different tread? Ive been getting along pretty good as is but id just like more trust in the grip.
