How?
I’m currently 35 weeks pregnant. I’m 5’5 and my starting weight was 138. I’m now 165. If I gain about 2-3 before delivery I’ll be around 170.
I know you shouldn’t try to lose weight until at least 6 weeks postpartum, so I don’t plan to, I’m just trying to figure out how it’d even be possible to do so. Most of what I’m seeing is that you have to be eating at least 1800cal a day to keep up milk supply… which is higher than my TDEE for my weight and height even with low exercise 2-3 times a week (1700 to lose 0.5 a week). How does anyone get back to a healthy weight and continue to breastfeed?
Any advice would be great.
