Living with anxiety and panic attacks ***Sorry if this is long, I just really needed to get this out. This feels very lonely sometimes*** 🥺😔 A little context about me before I start, I’m a female and I was 19 years old when this all started in December 2020. Before that I genuinely had no idea anxiety could feel this physical and this overwhelming. My panic attacks feel like actual death every single time. My legs feel like they stop working, I struggle to find my breath, my mouth goes dry, I feel extremely hot, and I get this intense overwhelming feeling in my stomach. The worst part is knowing logically that I’m okay but my body completely disagrees. My biggest triggers are heat and being alone outside. There was one incident where I ran in 35 degree heat to bring my sister her food at the bus stop. On the way back home, literally a 2 to 3 minute walk, I completely fell apart. I couldn’t walk, couldn’t breathe, and ended up on the ground. Since that day being alone outside became really hard for me.…
