Kiki Wolfkill, former Halo veteran and film and TV head at Xbox, exits Microsoft after 28 years

Image credit: Paramount+ As Xbox transitions into a new era under the leadership of new CEO Asha Sharma , big changes are happening at the Microsoft-owned publisher. Now, Kiki Wolfkill, the head of film and TV at Xbox, has exited the company. Wolfkill made the announcement herself on LinkedIn earlier this week, confirming last Friday was her last day at the company she'd been a key part of for 28 years. Before stepping into a transmedia-oriented role, she was a Director of Art at Microsoft Game Studios from 1998 through 2007. As Halo evolved past Bungie, she took on the role of executive producer for Halo 4 at 343 Industries. Her recent positions included being the lead of Halo transmedia and entertainment (which led to the creation of the Halo TV show ) and head of film/TV for the larger Xbox brand.…
