A defendant in the Pooh Shiesty kidnapping case , the rap star’s alleged “right-hand man,” was let out on bond, only to have his victory pulled away with an appeal by prosecutors. Kedarius Waters appeared in front of a magistrate judge in federal court in northern Texas on Monday (Apr. 27). The judge ruled that Waters, accused of playing a key part in the robbery and kidnapping of Gucci Mane and several others at a Dallas recording studio, could be let out on a personal recognizance bond, meaning he would be free (although subject to certain conditions) until trial. However, just as with his co-defendants Big30 and Lontrell Williams Sr. (Pooh Shiesty’s father), the granting of the bond was delayed in order to give prosecutors time to appeal the decision — and just as in the other two cases , prosecutors took the judge up on the offer.
