A former Texas Chick-fil-A employee is facing multiple felony charges after he allegedly issued more than $80,000 in fake mac and cheese tray refunds to his personal credit cards after being fired. Keyshun Jones allegedly started the scheme at a Grapevine location in November 2025 when the restaurant’s owner reported a theft to police, Fox 4 reports. Surveillance footage reviewed by investigators showed Jones, who had been fired about a month earlier, standing unattended behind the counter. At the register, Jones allegedly created about 800 fake orders for macaroni and cheese trays and then immediately issued refunds for those transactions to his own credit cards.
