Sorry for my bad english, but i have a problem. Pretty recently I've bought a used cinema hubset(fx2 freecoaster and fx front hub), that was listed as in a very good condition because they were used on a cruise bike. When i got it i decided to regrease and change slack config immediately, but after doing that i noticed a big problem - slack was different depending on the stage of wheel assembly. What i mean is that when i have the insides assembled on the axle in hands - it has correct slack angle of around 110-120 degrees. When i put the axle on the frame(without the shell) and put a chain on to test the slack like that - the slack changes to like 80-90, but when i fully assemble the wheel with both shell and rim - the slack tops at like 55-60 degrees. I tried greases with different thickness plus different amount of it on different parts like clutch and driver and it was still the same thing. Am I doing something wrong or is the hub somehow ruined?…
