15s threshold

Applying for sales leadership roles in B2B tech/saas space. Seems very competitive so far. Interviews all feel challenging, especially as they get more senior.

So far:

50 - Applications sent.

28 - No response

11 - Generic rejection

11 - Recruiter Screens (one role paused after this)

10 - Hiring Manager rounds

10 - Hiring Manager rounds

4 - made it to second to last round. DQ'd before final round.

3 - in pogress after hiring manager round, but not at final round yet

1 - Final round (waiting on feedback)

Math may not be perfect. No offers yet. Best piece of advice I can give to anyone in this situation is to just keep the pipeline full as you interview and don't get attached to any one role.
