I just purchased the bullet journaling method ebook on my kindle and received my very first bullet journal to start today! I have a lot of struggles with executive function, major depression, and well, let’s just stop there haha. Basically I am very much wanting to “get it together” and structure my life more and take better care of my mental/physical health as my main priority in the whole endeavor. My question is basically this, any tips and tricks for someone who’s main objective (as a total beginner)with bullet journaling is to work on their mental health, wellbeing, and adding structure/routine to their life?
