dirty yoga studio and tips for addressing

I mostly love the yoga studio I go to, but it is dirty. Is this the norm? The mats aren't cleaned, the blankets aren't washed, and they smell like BO. The bolster covers are the same, and I watch a lot of people, sweaty and without underwear, straddling them. The blocks are also not sanitized. The other night, there were multiple dead and living carpenter ants on the floor. This is the only yoga studio I've attended, and there aren't many in my area. If this is normal, maybe I'm better off practicing at home? If you've run into this and addressed it with the studio, did it help? I've thought about bringing all my own props, but even putting them on the dirty floors gives me the ick.
