I'm pretty sure I need to fill out either a Small Estate Affidavit, or Affidavit for collection of personal property in order to claim his bank account balance and his car and motorcycle. He was divorced twice, many years ago, and my two siblings have left everything to me. I'm only 24. He didn't have a will, life insurance, or healthcare anymore. He had zero debts until he died.
