Hi all, I’ve recently developed toe issues on my right foot due to a bunion (misalignment of the bones). I can still do most poses and flows, but I have to figure out something to substitute for the plank > updog > downdog sequence where I would always roll over my feet. I can still do a plank, but the rolling has to stop. What sequence can I do instead to get to downdog? I guess I could do plank straight to downdog but wondering if there’s another option.
