The FIR has been filed against the Kanpur-based construction agency, M/S The Sheter, its owner Vijay Pratap Singh and supervisor Nitish Sachan, on a complaint filed by Dileep Kumar, deputy project manager of the UP State Bridge Corporation Limited which had contracted the project to the firm.
