Kelvin Evans received a five-year sentence, with two years to be served in prison and the remainder on probation, after changing his plea to guilty on charges of criminal trespass and entering an automobile. Earlier in the hearing, prosecutors presented surveillance footage that they alleged shows Evans parking next to a Jeep outside an Atlanta building, looking inside, and stealing two suitcases and several hard drives. They claim that Evans, who was on parole at the time, took the items into an apartment building connected to his sister, according to Fox 5 Atlanta . None of the stolen items has been recovered.…
