Hi! Just looking for some advice. I haven’t trained Muay Thai consistently in around a year, I haven’t trained at all for 3.5 months due to a shoulder surgery. This is my first day back on the bag, just looking for advice on Thai kicks and question mark kicks! It has been quite a bit. I just feel like I look dumb when I do bag work. I plan to get into a gym again after I am cleared. Thank you!
