How to tell if I've been doing too much? I don't feel like I do much, I have support from my family for many things and very few days end with me tired. But some friends of mine are worried about me overworking. My usual/average routine looks something like: • Wake at 8. • Make coffee for the house. • Make breakfast for my grandma. • Give grandma her medicines and check her glucose/give insulin. • Get the my sisters in the school bus. • Wash the morning dishes. • Prepare lunch. • Serve it to grandma. • Medicines and glucose again. • Do the dishes from lunch. • Free time I usually use to make a little baked treat.\* • Open the door for my 2 sisters when they get from school. • Either reheat lunch or make dinner. • Serve it for the two of them. • Serve it to grandma. • Wash dinner dishes. • Final glucose and medicines for Grandma.…
