Some folks travel for adventure, while others go for art, history, or—increasingly—food. In fact, according to a 2025 survey commissioned by Visit Anaheim, 21 percent of Americans have planned at least one trip solely around cuisine. Street food fanatics no doubt factor in, but fine dining is trending decisively upward, says reservations software company BLogic Systems , which released new research in 2025 highlighting the top U.S. states for fine-dining experiences.
