Harbour sold the one-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bathroom loft for $2.7 million in an off-market deal in August 2025, according to a new report from the New York Post —just two months before the release of Allen’s album, which detailed the pair’s tumultuous split earlier that year. The outlet claims that Harbour rushed to sell the loft before the song was released, with a source saying he allegedly “lost money” after factoring in what he spent on renovations. Harbour initially snagged the co-op for $2 million in September 2017, and opened the home to AD for a tour in 2019.…
