i can do this job in my sleep as well which is the worst bit. I prepared for it for ages and learnt everything inside and out.

First 10 mins were great, I was getting along great with the other team member and she said hopefully ill see you soon before I headed over to the interview.

They couldn’t have cared less about me being there, they mentioned that they fill lots of positions internally (should’ve been the first hint), then they started asking me questions

My mind went blank on so many of them. I couldn’t stop stuttering while answering and I had to ask them to clarify multiple times. They asked me what would I bring to the role and I genuinely couldn’t think of anything to say even though I could bring so much. I stuttered something out but I wanted to end the call and run away.
