Hey everyone, just wanting some advice. Im 16, play npl soccer in Australia with a realistic chance I could make it pro within a few years. My thing is, I need a fallback job which realistically would be an electrician. Do I drop out of school and start the apprenticeship now, or do I maybe look for something such as retail work for the next few years while committed to soccer. The issue I have would be the body toll, as I need to recover well to train daily and post Matches, and I was wondering if being a sparky is going to fry my legs daily and refrain me from doing so. Any advice I’d love it, cheers.
