Transiting into menopause and I want to die The last 3 years have been hell. I am 42 and I feel like I’m already dying. I have low hormones including testosterone. I am getting cyclic migraines and lots of bleeding. I have been to 4 different doctors and none give a shit. I have lost 3 kilos of muscle mass over the year and have fat i cant move ob my stomach despite not drinking, eating carbs, soda or junk food and calorie counting. I’ve worked with dietitians and several Pts none who could help me anf were stumped. One put me on 200 grams of protien though im only 5’ 3. Doctor told me to lose weight for my blood pressure but -20 kilos later still had high blood pressure. My hair is falling out in clumps. I get hot flashes and night sweats. Im so sick of 3 years of trying to feel better. Im giving up coffee now to see if that helps. I have started HRT but after a month im still tired and bleeding heavy. Im now so tired i can’t even make it to the gym.…
