One thing Galaxy phones have always had going for them: the screen. Samsung Display makes some of the best OLED panels in the world and supplies them to Apple, among others. But reports suggest the Galaxy S27 display could be sourced from somewhere else entirely. Sources cited by ZDNet Korea  say Samsung is in talks with Chinese manufacturer BOE. The goal is to have BOE supply OLED panels for the standard Galaxy S27. The deal isn’t confirmed yet. BOE has been trying to crack Samsung’s flagship lineup for years without success.
