ATLANTA — Aside from a pair of fourth quarters, Miles McBride had a rough series heading into Saturday’s Game 4.

He was shooting just 30 percent overall, and there were moments his offense looked irredeemable. But he was also the Knicks’ top playmaker in the fourth quarter of Game 3 — which the Knicks lost after flubbing the final possession — hitting three treys and collecting a pair of steals.

On Friday — a little more than 24 hours before Game 4’s tipoff — McBride reminded reporters he was still only about a month and a half removed from sports hernia surgery.

The pain, McBride said, is still pounding.
