Police have arrested a man in connection with the robbery and fatal shooting of a woman out on her morning walk in the western Las Vegas Valley early Tuesday, jail records show. Devion Teague, 24, has been booked at the Clark County Detention Center on suspicion of murder, robbery with a deadly weapon, burglary and conspiracy. Police have not formally identified Teague as a suspect in the case, but he was booked at the jail under the same police event number generated for the crime that left the woman dead early Tuesday. It was not immediately clear Wednesday why authorities believe Teague is connected to the killing. Police Lt.
