May 5, 2026 - 12:09 am A person died in a crash on Interstate 15 in northeast Las Vegas late Monday night. The crash happened at 10:54 p.m. at southbound Interstate 15 at the Tropical Parkway southbound off-ramp, the Nevada Highway Patrol said in a statement. NHP said the crash involved “one sedan vehicle” and that one person was “deceased on scene.” Road Closures: All travel lanes are closed at the I-15 southbound at Exit 55 (Speedway). All southbound I-15 traffic is being diverted off onto the I-15/Exit 54 off-ramp. Traffic can continue east on the Speedway to Las Vegas Boulevard to continue southbound.…
