Cuba has completely run out of diesel and fuel oil , the country’s energy and mines minister said, as a US blockade strangles the island of critical resources. “We have absolutely no fuel [oil], and absolutely no diesel,” said energy minister Vicente de la O Levy in an interview with state-run media.
