It’s hardly the biggest problem in the world — or perhaps the height of privilege to consider it a problem at all — but one of the most annoying consumer experiences is booking an Uber Black and realizing you got assigned a Tesla Model Y (Uber finally stopped allowing new Model Y’s onto Black last year ).
