Italian wellness brand Technogym has unveiled an installation celebrating its all-in-one Unica home gym system for full-body workouts at Milan design week , shown in this video produced by Dezeen. Titled Unica Mente , the installation brings together video and photographic works to explore the evolution of the Unica machine. The Unica home gym was first designed by Technogym founder Nerio Alessandri in 1986 and was originally developed to condense a full workout into a single piece of equipment. The installation is running as part of Milan design week Occupying around one and a half square metres, the machine allows users to perform more than 25 exercises targeting all major muscle groups. Its design incorporates an integrated lever system that enables users to switch between exercises without changing components, while adjustable seating and padded supports are intended to improve comfort and ergonomics.…
