I kept getting those “storage almost full” warnings from Google One, and like most people, I assumed I knew the problem. It had to be photos and videos. That is always the first thing you blame, especially if you use Google Photos with backup turned on. So I put it off for a while, thinking I would eventually clean up my library and free up space.
