The Central Board of Secondary Education ( CBSE ) has issued a clarification amid growing concerns and social media discussions over the Class 12 evaluation process amid the shift to the new On-Screen Marking (OSM) system. The CBSE asserted that the OSM evaluation system is designed to ensure fairness, transparency and consistency in assessment, asking students whoa are dissatisfied with scores secured in the CBSE 12th exams this year to apply for re-evaluation.
