Does anybody have recommendations for wrist training for judo. Before i had ligament tear bcs of bjj which require surgery. It been 2-3 years now post surgeries and im still not even 50% of my original wrist power. It sucks bcs it hinder me from doing majority of my throw because it's my tsurite hand. Most of my throw can't be done due to my hand isn't close to my body due to my wrist not strong enough during kuzushi.

I tried ask my pt but they said there's nothing they can do because they said there's not alot of wrist workout there that can be done

Tried alot of things n exs but didn't see any improvement.

Would appreciate if anyone can recommend exs for me. In case i miss some exercises
