The other day I tried to log into a computer I hadn't used for a few months and completely blanked on the password. I also missed a friend's birthday and barely managed to order a gift for my own mother in time for Mother's Day . Needless to say, I have a lot on my mind that feels like constant mental clutter. So, instead of trying to do it all myself, I treated Google NotebookLM like an external brain. No, I wasn't letting it make decisions for me or do any critical thinking.
