I'm a 185cm/6'1 male, I'm currently at 94kgs and was 97kgs when I started a calorie deficit
its been 19 days since I started a calorie deficit and have been eating around 1600-1800 calories everyday, a deficit of 300-400, and I'm also working out along so I need to fill my daily protein of around 100-110grams everyday, however the problem is, I just CANNOT feel hungry, its not happening at all and I have to force food down my throat just to fulfill my daily protein intake, I eat once and stop feeling hungry for the rest of the day, even the first meal is not out of hunger but for fuel before gym, I don't know what to do
If I don't eat, I don't fill my protein and lose muscle, how do I make myself hungry again? I've been snacking under my calories too but that isnt helping
