we have a lot of ground venison in our freezer both elk and deer, and have been trying to use most of it up before this hunting season. looking for as many recipe ideas i can get, preferably easy ones. we’ve been making mostly a lot of meatloaf with it since it’s very easy and we both like it, but trying to avoid overdoing it before we start to not like it anymore.
