KNDS NV’s plans for a summer initial public offering could be in doubt because of concerns about the tank maker’s valuation, people familiar with the matter said.

Advisers to Netherlands-headquartered KNDS have recently revised their forecast for the company’s market value to €18 billion ($21.2 billion) to €20 billion, according to the people. That’s down from an earlier figure of as much as €25 billion.
