Seahawks assistant GM Nolan Teasley hired by Vikings as GM, reports say The Minnesota Vikings are hiring Seahawks assistant general manager Nolan Teasley as their new general manager, The Seattle Times confirmed Saturday. The news was initially broken in reports from the NFL Network and ESPN. Teasley, 42, has been with the Seahawks since 2013 in a variety of roles and completed his third season in 2025 as the assistant GM under general manager and president of football operations John Schneider, with Seattle finishing 14-3 and beating New England in the Super Bowl. He is expected to be officially announced as the Vikings new GM in a press conference early next week. Teasley is an Ellensburg resident who played football as a running back at Central Washington University.
