Kylie Jenner has been hit with another lawsuit by a second housekeeper, who claimed the reality star ignored her pleas for help over alleged mental abuse by a staff supervisor. The complaint filed with the Los Angeles Superior Court by Juana Delgado Soto names Jenner, staff supervisor Itzel Sibrian, Tri Star Services and La Maison Family Services as the defendants. In the documents obtained by The Independent , Soto — who began working for the reality star in 2019 — alleged she was subjected to racial discrimination, harassment, failure to pay wages, failure to prevent or remedy harassment and discrimination and more. Soto claimed in the lawsuit that throughout her time working for the 28-year-old Kylie Cosmetics founder , the defendants withheld “legally compliant” meal and rest breaks.
