It’s been a big postseason already for Karl-Anthony Towns. He led the Knicks to a first-round series victory over the Hawks , and Friday, “The Devil Wears Prada 2” was released in theaters, with Towns making a cameo appearance. Towns plays himself in the movie, appearing in a scene in which he attends a party at the Hamptons house of Miranda Priestly, who is played by Meryl Streep. He is introduced to Anne Hathaway’s character, Andy. She tells him she’s a big fan of his and the Knicks. “It was an honor,” Towns said. “It was an honor and it was awesome to just see the masses of work at work in the acting world, and to be able to see them just do what they do at the highest level, it was such an honor.” Towns was invited to the red-carpet premiere, but he couldn’t make it.
