I’m moving to the Phoenix/Scottsdale area the first week of August and I’m looking to transition out of CRE brokerage into a more stable, scalable sales or business development role. For context, I’ve been in hotel brokerage since 2019. My experience has been heavily focused on prospecting owners, building long term relationships, valuing income producing assets, negotiating deals, managing contracts, and working with buyers and sellers through complicated transactions. I’ve also owned part of a small used car dealership, where I was involved in buying inventory, managing salespeople, running finance, working with lenders, and helping close deals. I’m looking to leave brokerage because the business is too inconsistent and affected by factors out of my control for what I want long term. I’m tired of chasing flakey owners who often only want off market buyers without committing to a real process, and I’d like to move into a role where my effort compounds inside a stronger platform.…
