Our team has been managing our social media for the past nine months and has implemented several strategies; however, our follower growth remains very low, and we have not yet reached 100 followers. Our target audience is young professionals, and although we have tried adjusting our posting times, we have not seen significant improvement.

I recently joined the team and have been in this role for about two months. Currently, my boss expects us to gain 100 followers per week. I would like to ask if this is realistically achievable using purely organic strategies.
