Hello, last time my candidates were a price tier lower (Portugieser vs Navitimer) and your input was very helpful for my choice, so I want to try again. This time the two watches are again (grey) priced about the same (10k€) Vacheron Constantin Fiftysix Date (+) Its a Vacheron and for me this is a valid argument (+) The movement ist very beautiful and I dont mind the Geneva seal (-) One can argue that its a bit plain Breitling Premier 42 Datora (+) Technically waaaay cooler than the VC (+) Its a very unusual type of watch and I like this vibe (-) The movement is really not beautiful to the point, that I wouldve prefered a nice solid caseback Now I think they both have solid arguments, one being „its a vacheron cmon“ and the other is „i mean just look at it“ They both are very appealing to me look vise so that cant be used as a decisionmaker. Also its more difficult to try the VC on (altough I hate it to try something on and then order it online).…
