Fresh uncertainty clouds British Prime Minister Theresa May’s plan to begin negotiations on the U.K.’s exit from the European Union. The British High Court last week ruled that May’s government must consult with Parliament before proceeding on the Brexit negotiations. Olivier Chatain , professor of strategy and business policy at the HEC Paris business school, and a senior fellow at Wharton’s Mack Institute of Innovation Management , and Michelle Egan , a professor at American University’s School of International Service, discuss the potential implications of that ruling.
