What kind of an attorney? Location: Klamath County OR My ex husband got a car loan with my name and ss number, and put me as a borrower. Not co borrower, both names are listed as borrower. He did this electronically. I have been arguing with the lender ever since I found out about it last Oct. I have filed a report and have done everything I can think of. FTC, Police, Experian, Soc Sec, requested and signed lenders documents on fraud, I'm not responsible, even a surrender the vehicle document. They investigated and said yes it is fraud and ID Theft. Went from investigation to legal and now no communication. They won't return my calls or emails. Ex hubby (now in FL) stopped making payments and now they are coming after me for the money. Its now on my credit report. I called consumer Law attorneys, they said call civil attorneys πŸ™„πŸ€” Some said family law, family law said consumer. Id like to take ex to court but shouldn't I take Ally Bank to court first?…
