Washington State - Divorce - Quitclaim deed - Judgement Location: Washington, King county Non English speaking brother signed Quitclaim deed for two homes to his step children in 2023. Wife told him to sign the deeds and they would continue the relationship. 2025 Both parties sign a CR2A, brother will get a home and a lump sum. 2026, Brother did not get anything from agreement but judgement has been granted for one home and lump sum. My brother is getting push back from the step sons and has not gotten one of the homes or the lump sum from the judgement. It doesn't look like my brothers ex wife is going to follow the judgment. Due to the homes being in the step children's names. Will my brother be able to collect the judgement? It seems the homes are not in my brother/exwifes names anymore and ex wife is prob going to move assets.
