A twisted Texas man allegedly gunned down two people and injured three others in a botched murder-suicide plot against his business partners, court documents revealed. Seung Han Ho, 69, opened fire at the K-Towne strip mall in Carrollton in a purported pre-meditated attack against the shopping center’s owners and their employees, according to an affidavit obtained by Fox 4 .
