EXCLUSIVE : Matt Bomer ( Outcome, Fellow Travelers ) has joined Season 2 of Peacock and Sky’s spy thriller drama The Day of the Jackal as a recurring opposite star Eddie Redmayne . Details about Bomer’s character are being kept under wraps but I hear he is playing a villain. On Season 2 of The Day of the Jackal, which has started production in Budapest, Bomer joins fellow new cast additions Weruche Opia and Pablo Schreiber who had been cast as series regulars.
