Occasionally, when I go to turn on my PC, it will not load into a start screen OR when I do manage to get to the login screen, my screen will freeze.

I have already reseated the RAM, checked all my cables, and no, there are no error codes showing up on MOBO and no lights show up either. My temps are fine and my PSU should be more than enough for what I have. I don’t understand why I’m having issues.

My setup is less than 3 months old, all new parts. Should I do a BIOS update, reset the CMOS battery? What’s wrong with my PC? I’ve never seen this happen before
