So I had an interview yesterday, and overall I feel like it went really well. The interview was scheduled for an hour, but it only lasted about 30 minutes. We started with some basic get-to-know-you questions, talked a little about my work history, and discussed some people I know who have worked for the company. He also asked why I wanted to work for the company. I explained that I enjoy working with people, like helping customers find solutions, have experience in both customer service and sales-related environments, and that I felt the company would be a good fit for my skill set and long-term goals. After that, he moved into the behavioral interview questions.
